Frequently asked questions
- What does the setup include in practice?
- The setup includes design and implementation, deployment, and registering your own domain (first year included). Email is not part of the package: we assist and guide you in acquiring and setting up email (e.g. Microsoft 365) free of charge, but your company subscribes to and pays the service directly with Microsoft.
- What does the monthly service cover?
- The monthly service covers technical maintenance, reasonable content updates and support. The exact scope is agreed in the service agreement.
- Who owns the domain and email?
- Both belong to your company. If you do not yet have a domain, we register it in your company’s name (first year included) and can transfer its management to your own account on request. The email service (e.g. Microsoft 365) is subscribed to and paid for by your company directly to the provider, but we help with setup and technical integration free of charge. The contact form can be connected to your mailbox so form messages arrive straight into it.
- Who is responsible for copy and images?
- The content is your company’s responsibility, but we help structure and publish it. Reasonable updates are included in the monthly service.
